a meticulously hand illustrated cocktail menu at Kyatcha, a fine dining Japanese fusion restaurant in the Netherlands. Painted with jelly gouache and digitally retouched, jasmine has made a sensation with this cocktail. Working closely with the bar team, the images depict the cocktails in a dynamic, colourful light.

Jasmine has also worked on the other menus at kyatcha doing their graphic design work for the a la carte menu, wine menu and dessert menu.

a curated selection of photos taken from birds and nature found around charlois as well as in parks around rotterdam with an emphasis on melding together the near at hand influences of the port. 

the photographs are exhibited alongside a small handbound book of the same name using poetic photography to bind the project to the artist’s sentiments for the past month of june and july.
